Our mission is to equip counsellors with the necessary skills to become independent and self-sufficient therapists, capable of making a meaningful impact. We also extend our offerings to include workshops and short courses tailored for individuals without any prior counselling experience.
I thought opening up would be like unlocking Pandora’s box, but turns out, it was more like finding a treasure chest of resilience within myself.
