Sandra Mckeever BA (Hons), Cert. Ed., Couns. Dip., MBACP
Sandra is a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Adult Education Teacher. She has been working in the fields of spiritual and personal development for nearly twenty years. She qualified as a counsellor in 2006, gaining further qualifications including an MSc in Counselling from the University of Bristol. Her dissertation researched the connections between spirituality, particularly Paganism, and counselling. She has a wide range of experience both as a counsellor and trainer and has trained with Cruse Bereavement Care, worked with an agency specialising in eating disorders, worked in GP practice and currently works in FE as a student counsellor and lecturer, delivering all levels of qualifications, and has a flourishing private practice. She also works as an assessor for the CPCAB and is a BACP accredited counsellor, a member of the UKRCP and a member of Counsellors and Psychotherapists for Social Responsibility.
Underpinning her counselling work is her knowledge and experience of the Spiritual Dimension. Sandra has studied many belief systems drawing inspiration from them all. Her own belief system has become anchored in Shamanism and it is from the land and the spirits that she connects with the Divine.
